We have an exciting opportunity for a consultant to work with us at
University Hospitals Plymouth in Neuroradiologist.


We are looking for a dedicated doctor ready to work in a Trust that puts their patients at the heart of everything they do.


This Role is to start ASAP with a 3 month placement opportunity (with possibility to be longer) within the excellent team.

Although this role would be predominantly based in Plymouth University Hospitals Trust there may be the opportunity to work extra shifts across any of our partner Trusts.

Pay rate: £90 per hour

Payment method: PAYE we do NOT facilitate payment through LTD/umbrella companies

General workload includes:

  • General clinical duties include the reporting, vetting and prioritisation of imaging requests,
  • Successful applicants would be expected to contribute to the general diagnostic neuroradiology service as well as partake in audit, teaching, research, and MDT meetings.
  • Attending clinicalradiological meetings, and providing oncall services for diagnostic neuroradiology.
  • The post holder will contribute to the neurooncology, neuroendocrine, skull base and potentially the Head and Neck MDT, the multiple sclerosis MDT as well as other clinical meetings
