The ESNEFT payroll team are looking for a experienced, enthusiastic payroll professional to step into the Payroll Team Leader role.


Spanning ESNEFTs two acute sites, community sites and community services, this role will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely remuneration and pensions advice for our dedicated staff.

Our commitment to excellence extends beyond patient care and encompasses all of our valued employees.


You will manage, on a day-to-day basis the Trusts Payroll Team providing spe-cialist Payroll support to them in addition to the wider team and organisation.


Planning and organising the efficient distribution of total workload between team members to ensure all areas of payroll are completed in line with strict deadlines.


Make daily adjustments to plans and schedule in order to deal with organisation requirements and to ensure targets are met, including re-allocating work to the team to meet the organisational deadlines.


Forward plan the workload in order to meet the department's objectives and deadlines, not only on a day-to-day basis but taking a longer-term view into account for future changes in the Trust or department which could impact on the team.

Be an active participant in the departments bitesize training sessions provided to managers across the Trust.
