The working hours for this position are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm
What we're looking for:
- Should be happy to learn new systems and processes
- Have strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience using SAP would be ideal
- The ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
What you will be doing:
- Processing Claims and administration
- Processing customer support claims and ad hoc reporting
- Checking pricing and altering our systems as required
- Ensuring systems are updated correctly
- Setting up new customers on the system
- Raising Purchase Orders and processing rebates
