Breakfast Assistant
It's the most important meal of the day and we take our responsibility to make sure that our guests have a luxury breakfast very seriously, we want to retain our authentic approach and set our guests up well for a day of exploring the wonderful Cornish landscapes.
We are looking to add to our wonderful F&B team with people who thrive on being the early bird and can be a memorable part of the Bodmin Jail experience.
You will need to be able to work independently, anticipate the needs of guests and be prepared and able to think on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment.
All this while maintaining a calm and demure exterior that gives our guests confidence that they can relax and prepare for the day at their leisure.
