A Big 4 Firm is looking for professionals with a background in Corporate Tax at multiple locations in Scotland at Senior Manager and Manager grade to join a leading team M&A National Tax team

As part of the team you can take the lead on delivering key parts of the client services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising UK and international clients on transaction tax and wider commercial M&A Issues managing a portfolio of high profile projects
  • Due diligence in respect of mergers and acquisitions
  • Ad hoc project work

Your professional experience:

  • ACA/CTA/CFA or equivalent qualification or experience
  • Exposure to both domestic and international clients
