We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join this team, as a Hospitality Supervisor Apprentice Level 3 (Restaurant Supervisor).


Responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Greeting & Serving restaurant & bar guests
  • Leading the shift; setup & lockdown
  • Coordinating with the kitchen re: menu availability and communicating to team
  • Compliance: food hygiene, licensing, Health & Safety

plus share of gratuities, FREE meals on duty*WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (include weekends/ bank holidays)
Varying shift times, Some split shifts

FUTURE PROSPECTS:
Permanent role available on successful completion - Restaurant Supervisor £10.75ph

TRAINING PROVIDED:

  • Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor standard
  • On the job skills and customer service training
  • Off the job skills and customer service training
  • Level 1 and Level 2 Functional Skills in English & Maths
  • Business Project support and preparation
  • Planning, Target Setting and Feedback
  • Mock End Point Assessments
Expected duration: 15 months
