Duties:

  • Supervise and train front of house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
  • Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Oversee the dining room to ensure efficient seating, timely service, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient food service
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies such as menus, napkins, and condiments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure food safety standards are met

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a restaurant or hotel setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and restaurant operations
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with composure
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
