OH Medical is currently looking for a MSK Clinical Case Manager to undertake a permanent role with our client, a leading Occupational Health Provider. This exciting opportunity will see you working from home Monday – Friday on a Full-Time, Permanent basis.
The Role:
This position is a fantastic chance for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary team to deliver a first-class Occupational Health Service with the benefit of working fully remote, as a MSK Clinical Case Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct 8x 45-minute appointments per day and provide exceptional case management services that guide managers to support employees' return to work.
- Deliver evidence-based reports and advice on adjustments and return to work plans.
- Support in Triaging of Case Referrals including advising Managers and referrers in effective case handling and referral quality.
- Maintain valid HCPC registration, complying with guidelines for professional conduct, clinical supervision, and continuous learning.
Required Skills:
To be the successful Remote MSK Clinical Case Manager candidate for this role, you'll be:
- An experienced MSK Physiotherapist.
- Qualified to Degree level in Physiotherapy.
- Registered as a Physiotherapist with the HCPC (Essential) and the CSP (Highly Desirable).
- Proficient in IT, demonstrating a high level of literacy.
- Ideally experienced working in an Occupational Health Setting and undertaking Management Referrals.
- An excellent communicator with skills, in both verbal and written communication, including proficiency in report writing.
