  • To assist within the Estates Department, undertaking routine and reactive maintenance work; including water, building fabric, electrical, mechanical and plumbing, and minor improvements for all Trust properties as required.
  • To work independently and carry out all duties and other tasks as required including PPM/reactive maintenance works and escorting for the Estates service (e.g. suppliers and contractors) and carry out appropriate repair and adjustment tasks.
  • Ability to manage varied and unstructured workloads and problem solve effectively.
