Local Authority looking for a Carpenter/Multi to join the Responsive Repairs Team in Kensington and Chelsea, carrying out maintenance and repairs in occupied properties.

This contract is based on a particular Estate, which includes Grenfell Tower.

No vehicle is provided with the role due to the properties all being within walking distance of each other. A
Full Clean Driving Licence will be necessary as a van is present on site for the collection of materials, which you will be able to use, but not take home.

Criteria for the role is as follows:


  • Level 3 Carpentry and Joinery:

Duties will include:

  • Hanging doors
  • Door frame repair/renew
  • Window frames UPVC/wood
  • Glazing
  • Locks and latches, forced entries
  • Kitchen Unit worktops
  • Bath panel stud work
  • Skirting and architraves
  • Forced entry
  • Staircase repairs
  • Flooring repair/renew
  • Painting
  • Plumbing
  • Tiling
  • Patch Plaster
35 hours per week PAID

This role will become permanent for the right individual.
