Reporting to the Managing Director, The Commercial Director will be responsible for the financial and operational processes, procedures and governance of the Flow Automated Intelligence business
Being responsible for Supplier/Vendor commercial ownership, including terms & rebates
Partnering with the Executive team on long-term strategic and financial planning.
Providing recommendations based on thorough financial analysis to the Managing Director, Board of Directors, and the Executive team.
Project ownership to deliver establishment of business systems to support eventual separation from SCC business

Providing leadership and oversight to the business finance function, ensuring seamless daily operations, including real-time monitoring of financialand operational metrics (e.g., KPIs and OKRs), and handling BAU tasks like invoicing and payroll.

Vigilantly monitoring the company's financial performance throughout the fiscal year, tracking key metrics such as revenue, earnings, and cash flow, to proactively recommend and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Taking responsibility for the accurate and timeline preparation and delivery of statutory accounts across the business.
Leading the creation of annual budgets, in close collaboration with the Senior team.

Exercising diligent oversight over budget compliance across various teams throughout the fiscal year to support managers in achieving their financial and operational targets.

Ensuring strict adherence to relevant statutory regulations, and company policies, and manage all aspects of compliance and risk.
Experience in a senior finance role in a technology or professional services business
Commercial experience, able to understand how business services translate into revenue and where margin is achieved
Excellent expertise in data analysis and forecasting methodology.
Proficient in the use of modern financial software and tools, and how to combine them
Demonstrable experience of key and transactional KPI's, modelling, business and strategy planning
