Technical Expertise:

6 Compliance and Standards:

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the bid team, including the development of tools, templates, and best practices to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on structures, highways, and rail infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of successful involvement in large-scale civil engineering projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications used in civil engineering design, analysis, and project management.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development and staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
