Butler Rose is delighted to be working with this highly regarded and recognised market leader, in their search for an experienced Credit Controller.

Offering hybrid working after a qualifying period (2 days home working) and an excellent benefits package, this is a fantastic foot in the door with a central Herts employer of choice.


Duties of the role include:

  • Taking responsibility for your own ledger to manage debt reduction
  • Dealing with queries and issues internally and with customers in a timely fashion
  • The responsibility to lead meetings weekly with internal teams to solve queries
  • Support and cover other team members where required


To excel in this role, you will naturally be a confident communicator, both verbally and in writing and you will work well to build relationships with customers.

You will have good previous credit control / collections experience (minimum of 2 years) and be someone who works well to deadlines/targets.

You will also have a positive approach and be a confident user of Excel.
