About the role:
Based in Camden (Hybrid),you will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives:
- Aid the performance management and drive systemic improvement of the Rents and Charges Team through configuring, maintaining and utilising ICT based systems and data sources and ensuring the service experienced by customers is of the highest possible standard.
- As a provider of business intelligence, the jobholder is expected to understand the nature of the business and to present analysis in a clear, concise and relevant format.
- Ensure high quality and reliable data is easily available to measure and improve the effectiveness and performance of the services provided by the Rents and Charges Team and partner services
- To take the lead technical role in all ICT related developments involving the Rents and Charges Team, including producing detailed specifications, configuring and programming, including designing reporting universes
About you:
- Experience and knowledge of Northgate
- Experience and knowledge of Frameworki
- Experience and knowledge of Rents & Charges in a Local Authority / Council context
- Experience in Information management and business reporting to improve and develop services
- Advanced knowledge of Relational Databases, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced knowledge of reporting tools such as Business Objects or Crystal Report
- Beneficial if you have, or are working towards, a CCAB qualification.
