The Company
Our client is a successful operator in the environmental energy sector, they are in need of an accomplished HR Administrator to join them on an short term contract to spring clean their HR files.
The Role
Joining our HR team on a short term contract in an HR Administrator role you will be focused on undertaking the task of organising our HR digital files and ensuring the files are stored in the correct logical manner.
- As our dedicated Administrator you will organise and carry out a cleanse of the historical HR personal information, ensuring the correct information is filed appropriately.
- You will ensure that users are able to understand the filing system and can access information easily.
- You will undertake this spring clean working with SharePoint.
The Successful Candidate - Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
- The successful candidate will be an organised and credible Administrator.
- Ideally with experience from an HR Administrative remit.
- It would be advantageous to have worked with Share Point and have knowledge of HR database systems.
- You will have excellent attention to detail and hold a high standard of personal accountability for the quality of your work.
- You will have an excellent communication style both verbally and written with the ability to build relationships positively and collaboratively.
- You will be flexible and adaptable.
- The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with an innovative, adaptable, professional and dedicated attitude.
