We are now currently recruiting for a SEN Lunchtime Supervisors to join a SEN School in the Radlett, Hertfordshire area


This SEN Lunchtime Supervisor role will include supporting children who have Learning Difficulties and Autism and providing a high level of 1:1 support and care.

This post will require you to work either Part-Time or Full-Time and start date
ASAP either on a Long Term or Permanent Contract

There will either be parking available nearby but certainly a local bus route or train station nearby.


All schools will have a long-lasting relationship with RT Education, therefore you may be offered a contract with the school or a permanent position once you have proven yourself.

Person Specification

  • Have experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
  • Need to have a high level of understanding of Special Education Needs.
  • Supporting in providing a high quality of care.
  • Assisting in delivering and supporting students in lessons.
  • Organising and participating in classroom activities and preparing resources.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a successful team.
