The role:


As the Interim Head of Finance, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations of our client's organisation while they recruit for the permanent Head of Finance position.

This is a temporary role for approximately 2 to 3 months, where you will work 4 days a week, 6 hours a day just outside Bowness on Windermere.


Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the goals and objectives of the organisation.
Managing the budgeting process and providing accurate financial forecasts.
Monitoring cash flow and ensuring the organisation's financial stability.
Overseeing financial reporting and analysis, providing valuable insights to key stakeholders.
Leading a small finance team and supporting their professional development.

What we're looking for:
Proven track record in a senior finance role, preferably within the arts or creative sector.
Strong financial acumen and the ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
