Public Sector Organisation looking for customer service officers to aid their vulnerable customers (£22,700).

Your new company

You will be working for a public sector organisation that aims to provide energy solutions to homes across the country.

This organisation is currently helping vulnerable customers through the energy crisis by carrying out increasingly important work acrossthe country.

Your new role

You will be working as a regional customer service officer by managing the customer journey from initial eligibility through to solution implementation and after care.

You will be providing support to these customers ensuring all customer enquiries are resolvedto a high level.

You will be providing factual information based on a sound understanding of the schemes in place and the processes undertaken.


What you'll need to succeed

You will need previous experience working in a customer facing role, and the motivation and desire to help support vulnerable people in the region.

You will need to be organised and confident to ensure you can deliver the relevant information and solutionsto customers over the phone.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and be a team player with a passion for helping people.
