Job Summary
MacGillivray Construction Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the team. We specialise in timber frame house new builds to a high ecological standard. The successful applicant will have a passion for attention to detail and achieving the very best quality of work.

For this position a good level of experience in joinery is required as you would be involved throughout all stages of a house build from start to finish.


Ideal Applicants need to be:

  • Experienced in the use of woodworking machinery and power tools
  • Physically fit
  • Ability to work to own initiative, as well as part of a team
  • Positive and professional attitude towards work
  • Reliable and conscientious
  • Articulate and numerate
  • Hold a current UK driving license
  • Relevant qualifications will be an asset
  • Health & safety aware
  • Open to relevant or specialised training

We are based in Forres, Morayshire with all our work being carried out in the local area.

Job Type:
Full-time Monday - Friday with optional weekend work often available. This position is currently being offered on a temporary basis for a 3 month probationary period.

Salary:
Negotiable depending on experience and suitability for the position
