Requirements for Early Years Apprentices:

- _Genuine _passion for early years and a desire to make a difference

  • Customer service skills that make people feel happy and valued
  • Strong team player mindset, as teamwork is at the heart of our values
  • Confidence in working with electronic nursery management systems
  • DBS certificate and a clean criminal record
  • Ideally, proficiency in Maths & English (GCSE level)
  • Some prior experience working with young children
