• Have a proven skilled technical background with experience in an industrial type environment, or have previously worked as a brewer in another commercial brewery.
• Be physically fit, with good physical stamina.
• Have good mathematical capability, a good broad knowledge of the sciences and excellent communication and team working capability.
• Be self motivated, enthusiastic and able to take initiative.
• Be flexible regarding working hours, some weekend/evening work will be required.
• Have a Passion for craft ale and a good appreciation of brewing and the industry.
• Be comfortable working with customers and taking part in brewery events as a representative.
• Clean driving licence an advantage.
• Have the ability to follow processes accurately and with confidence. The product is highly quality sensitive and requires acute attention to detail.
