We are looking for a Wholesale Sales & Customer Service Executive to work in a multi-brand menswear agency. Working across several collections with different distribution strategies. In addition to the sales role the candidate will work especially closely with the Oliver Spencer collection.

Responsibilities include:
MOM Showroom –

  • Seasonal collection customer appointments mainly based around the 4 collections a year.
  • Presenting the product and assisting in the selection process alongside the buyer to achieve the best result for the brand and balancing that against the customer's needs.
  • Setting up and merchandising the showroom spaces and maintaining appropriate visual merchandising standards throughout the market period.
  • Ensuring all surrounding areas are clean and presentable.
  • Contributing to diary planning ensuring the smooth running of customer appointments
  • Closing the sale by attentive follow up activity post appointment, to ensure the orders are complete before the order deadline. Which in turn demands good quality and clear communication with the respective brands to assist them with their production priorities.
Office / On the road

  • Order processing utilising whichever method the brands need to integrate orders into their systems.
  • Organise logistics and travel for Store visits and tradeshows.
  • Attending international sales meetings and tradeshows.
  • Making store visits which will include general customer care and staff training across the brands represented by MOM
  • Answer the phones and field customer calls
  • General showroom and office management

For Oliver Spencer:


The candidate will be a key component in relation to coordination between MOM Agency sales activity and the wider Oliver Spencer team.


  • Help to set up sales tools ahead of seasonal wholesale campaigns, i.e. Zedonk sales portal, sales book and target lists.
  • Chase, input and double check all customer orders ahead of seasonal order deadline and provide in-season feedback on the collection throughout each campaign to improve forecasting.
  • Issue all customers with Order Confirmation within 4 weeks of seasonal order deadline and manage any amendments and cancellations and double check against any wholesale customer purchase orders.
  • Review weekly trade and sell-through reports with key accounts, presenting solutions based on findings to General Manager and Sales Director.
  • Handle in-season queries with customers' troubleshooting any issues and seizing opportunities to develop stronger relations with our customer base and build better brand visibility.
  • Monitor stock levels for reorder opportunities, proactively initiate reorder opportunities, execute RTV's and swaps, store incentives / contests / gifting, checking all products have gone live, product descriptions and product shots are correct.
  • Manage customer sample requirements & product content requests; proactively identify when they need to be shipped, working with marketing to provide customers with seasonal assets.
  • Monitor cancellations and shipping, and collaborate with Production Manager & Logistics Coordinator to maintain good delivery performance and communication with customers.
We are looking for someone who has a menswear fashion background and is super organised. Must be an excellent communicator, have good administrative skills and be good at multi-tasking.

Must have at least 2 years' experience in the fashion industry.

Hours:
Mon - Fri, 9am-6pm in the office

Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays (28 days in total)
