• Operate GPSequipped dozers to perform grading, excavation, and earthmoving tasks with high precision.
• Conduct preoperational checks and routine maintenance on dozers to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Follow project plans and instructions to execute tasks according to specifications and timelines.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members to coordinate operations and achieve project goals.
• Troubleshoot and report any equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and work completed.

• Valid CPCS or NPORS certification for operating dozers.
• Proven experience operating dozers with GPS technology in a construction setting.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and best practices.
• Ability to interpret project plans, drawings, and GPS data.
• Excellent handeye coordination and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and environments, including outdoor construction sites.
