Eventus Recruitment are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator / Financial Planning Administrator to join a successful IFA Administrator / Financial Planning business based in Knutsford, Cheshire.

This job presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA / Financial Planning Administrator who is looking for a role that offers a great working environment and various progression pathways.

The successful Financial Planning / IFA Administrator will assist the Financial Planners with client support and administration. Complete all review meeting letters and associated regulatory requirements

• Update client for new and existing clients on a CRM system - Salesforce
• Write suitability letters for ISA/UT/Bond/Pension new business and top ups
• Potentially move into writing suitability letters for pension transfers

The incoming IFA / Financial Planning Administrator will have strong administrative skills gained within a Financial Planning environment. In addition, you will be competent with using various software packages. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately process data and information

• Experience and competence of using software packages and CRM systems
• Excellent command of the English language

The incoming IFA / Financial Planning Administrator will benefit from working within a very supportive team that has a high staff retention rate.
