Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a secondary academy with a values-driven, family ethos. Our client academy seeks to appoint an ambitious and dynamic Teacher of English, with the drive, determination and skills to nurture and develop the potential of their increasingly aspirational pupils. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge students.
  • Create a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.
  • Assess and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English or related field (PGCE/QTS is desirable).
  • Proven experience in teaching English to students of varying abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the national curriculum.
