Scope_

  • To ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all private rooms and public areas especially during this unprecedented times, intensive deep cleaning will be required.

Principal Responsibilities

  • To comply with the Company standards, policies and procedures.
  • To control the consumption and handling of all chemicals and products to ensure financial budgets are attained and all health and safety matters are fully complied with. All purchases will be approved by the Manager. Weekly stock control will be taken.
  • To complete all necessary documentation and to ensure auditing if carried out
  • To check all relevant machinery and equipment to ensure it is in safe working order and train all appropriate personnel in its correct use.
  • To report all compliments, comments and complaints.
  • To report any defects, damage, theft, breakages or hazards.
  • To respect the confidentiality and individuality of the service users.
  • To carry out other duties as will, from time to time, to be directed.
  • To carry out all duties in a safe manner having regard to the health, safety and welfare of self, staff, service user and other persons. To ensure carpets within the home are cleaned regularly, upholding hygiene & infection control, using safe moving & handling procedures.
  • No job description can give a complete account of all aspects of a post. From time to time, demands of the organisation will require adjustments in the responsibilities of the post. Any other task will be commensurate of the post.
