As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer, you will be at the forefront of transforming how our client engages with their audience.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to craft personalized and impactful marketing campaigns. Your contributions will shape the way millions of readers interact with content, ensuring an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

nDesign and implement complex automation journeys, emails, and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.nDevelop marketing automation workflows, encompassing audience segmentation, data integration, and dynamic content personalization.nCollaborate closely with diverse teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.nMonitor and analyze campaign performance, recommending optimizations to achieve marketing objectives.nEnsure compliance with data protection regulations and champion data security and privacy best practices.


nQualifications:


nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).nDemonstrable expertise as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer, adept with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.nProficiency in AMPscript and SQL for scripting and data manipulation.nThorough understanding of marketing automation concepts, data management, and segmentation strategies.nPossession of Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer) is a significant advantage.nExcellent communication skills, fostering effective collaboration in a fast-paced, globally dispersed team environment.nInnate problem-solving acumen and an eagerness to remain updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
