Job Summary:
We are looking for a trainee hairdresser to join our friendly and supportive team as an apprentice.

POSITION AVAILABLE SUMMER Particularly suited to school leavers pursuing an apprenticeship rather than continuing at school.

Earn while you learn & follow the best path of education for a career in hairdressing.

You will be taught to prepare & attend to clients, serve refreshments & assist stylists in delivering high quality, bespoke services which delights the customer & promotes the business.

You will benefit from amazing in-salon training whilst working with some of the best stylists in Worcestershire.

During the apprenticeship you will learn & practice hairdressing techniques and develop skills in a professional environment, keeping up to date with some of the latest hair trends while completing the 2 year NVQ Level 2 program.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To greet, attend to clients with refreshments & prepare for salon services.
• To promote the salon & themselves maintaining image of the company.
• To maintain the salons cleanliness.
• To maintain systems that keep the salon performing to a high standard.
• To learn new skills & services to offer to the public to remain competitive.
• To attend training, practice regularly & complete all homework set.
• Work toward the NVQ qualification with passion & determination
