We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Liz Earle Customer Advisor.
As a Customer Advisor, **you will be** helping customers with their skincare and beauty needs. With a strong focus on natural beauty and excellent customer experience, **this position** allows you to be part of something truly special.

About the role:
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Provide personalized consultations and skin services
- Achieve sales targets and promote Liz Earle's offers
- Complete the award-winning 12-month Skin School program
- Maintain a well-presented counter showcasing Liz Earle products
What we look for:
- Empathy and understanding towards customers
- Ability to meet sales targets and contribute to team success
- Interest in learning about skincare trends
- Comfort working independently and as part of a team
- Desire to represent Liz Earle as a brand ambassador
Additional skills:
- Previous customer service experience
