Job Summary

This is a great chance to join the Intelligent Automation Team that is responsible for implementing Robotic Process Automation throughout the Organization. This role involves a mix of remote work and regular travel within the Trust for essential meetings.

  • Developing and supporting Intelligent Automation using Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, & SharePoint applications.
  • Expanding your skills to contribute to the entire automation process including development, deployment, testing, and production while adhering to governance and security standards.
  • Collaborating with the business analysis team to manage changes impacting the program's delivery.
  • Working closely with Business Analysts, internal and external developers, and stakeholders to meet automation program deadlines.

Main Duties of the Job

Working alongside others to:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform automated solutions.
  • Contribute to the full automation process with a focus on testing and deployment.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Support the Trust's automation transformation program.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
  • Deliver automations within agreed timelines using agile methodologies.
  • Assist the Intelligent Automation Manager with Power Platform queries.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the program.

Education/Qualifications/Training

Essential:

  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.

Desirable:

  • Microsoft Certified, or equivalent experience.

Previous Experience

Essential:

  • IT solutions delivery experience.
  • Understanding of Intelligent Automation methods.

Desirable:

  • Experience in developing production Automation Bots.
  • Enterprise-scale Automations experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL.
