We at Reunion Pub Co have a mission to reunite traditional heritage pubs with the brewery and traditional beer. We want to find other people as passionate about local heritage, local community, and local beer as we are. The pubs are at the core of that mission.

Our other mission is to provide a local community oasis for family, friends, and colleagues to reunite over a beer.

About The Role
Our site assistant managers are responsible for managing & training the team, and implementing all our operating standards. Focused on delivering a high standard of customer service and ensuring our KPIs are delivered.

You will have a strong interest in cask and craft beer and how to describe the different aromas, flavours, and mouth feel.

If you have some experience great, but if you don't, we give every member of our team brewery, beer sensory, cellar management and beer quality training.

You will know how each beer is made and the reason for the different nuances.

You will be an advocate of creating a hub for the local community, engaging, and interacting with residents, businesses, churches, and community centres.

Organising events and occasions that reunite people. The role is not just about pulling the best pint of beer, it's about lending an ear.

Salary:
Up to £21,000.00 per year

• Beeston, NG9 2LU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

Hospitality Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Personal alcohol licence (required)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
