Role purpose:
Drive Technical Security for Vodafone Automotive Infrastructure and Applications an be responsible for the technical compliance of Vodafone Automotive Infrastructure:
- Acts as the interface between the technical disciplines and the business to carry out technically orientated security assessments, setting security requirements for new products and services, and also assessing compliance and risk.
- Advisory role across the business and is required to provide security design and architecture guidance as well as general security consultancy, acts as cyber coach to agile projects and programme teams to ensure that future infrastructures and products for are secure.
- Covers the Cyber related aspects of the Security and Privacy by Design and Assurance process for new products & service development.
- Scopes and coordinates security penetration testing prior to product launch.
- Works with the development and operations teams to adopt the latest risk mitigation measures and technical enhancements to implement security features in line with Vodafone Standards and CSB Controls.
- Followup on identified vulnerabilities from security test and audits to ensure all issues are closed and mitigated aligned with business needs.
- Provides support for developer awareness for security requirements, technical solutions as well as threats and attack vectors including training definition and execution.
- Owns Vodafone Automotive ́s compliant risk assessment process and generation of risk profiles for the entire technical infrastructure.
With us you will:
- Work with the development teams and external partners to ensure development methodologies
- Drives the robust risk evaluation processes and own Vodafone Automotive risk profiling
- Constantly drive the definition and deployment of technical solutions to prevent and detect security breaches.
- Supports the execution of regular security tests and review status reports.
- An analytical orientation and strong problemsolving skills demonstrated by the ability to structure an issue & analyze alternative solutions
- Strong Team Cooperation experience. Able to work in a Matrix environment. Able to influence and motivate peers.
- High communication and presentation skills, telling the "Security Story", the ability to summarize complex and technical topics to a wide range of audiences
- Able to articulate complex solutions to Clevel customers.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Engineering Degree
- Desirable Security Certifications: CISSP and CISM or Complementary
- Hands on PKI experience. Expert knowledge of cryptographic standards
- Strong technical risk management and assessment skills
