We are looking for an deputy manager to help run our busy craft beer and Tapas pub in Shad Thames.

We are a small independent company which thrives on providing a enjoyable quality experience to all our guests.

All staff, are our number one asset.

We ensure that the work life balance is kept and your role will be enjoyable and fulfilling at all times.


You will be:
- an Assistant Manager / supervisor looking to take your next career step and challenge yourself in a large volume business able to work closely alongside the General Manager to develop the offer
- an effective communicator who can lead by example, coach and develop their team
- an ambitious Assistant Manager/ supervisor who has a desire to be a part of an independent group and expanding brand

Able To:

  • Take responsibility for our team on shift to ensure service standards and safety and security expectations are all met
  • Be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to provide an unforgettable experience for our customers
  • Provide an outstanding experience for our customers by delivering service excellence, acting as a role model for staff members
  • In liaison with the General manager, support where appropriate in consistently developing further efficient operations, procedures and systems to ensure the business continues to progress
