Role Specific Responsibilities and Duties
Daily
- Daily ordering (19 suppliers).
- Managing order confirmations & amending delivery dates.
- Sending priority lists to suppliers every week.
- Daily fabric cutting List.
- Daily stock control.
- Arranging 3rd party sub contracting.
- Liaising with internal and external suppliers.
- Learning the Customer Order Input process, so can be utilised as and when required.
- Checking daily input report and notifying relevant departments of lead times.
- Chasing suppliers daily on delivery dates, managing delays, souring different suppliers, and notifying relevant departments of delays.
- Tendering suppliers for large orders.
- Assisting with stock takes.
- Running reports for the business as and when required.
General Requirements
- To communicate effectively with all departments.
- Attending meetings as and when required.
- Answer the general office phone.
- Provide data to the business as an when required.
