Information about the Role:

Working as a Groundskeeper & Maintenance at Treetops your duties will include the following:

  • Maintaining condition and appearance of lawns and grounds.
  • Planting, trimming, mulching and fertilizing flowers, shrubs and trees.
  • Cleaning and painting benches, poles and signs.
  • Keeping grounds free from snow and ice.
  • Keeping facilities and surrounding areas free from trash, litter, debris and weeds.
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment and materials.
  • General Maintenance of the service such as painting, hanging doors and repairs.
  • Following applicable safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Performing other duties as required.

Is a 28 bedded residential home, located in beautiful countryside close to Alfreton in Derbyshire.

Necessary Experience or Qualifications:

  • Someone who has a real passion for Grounds keeping and Maintenance.
  • Ideally 6months experience of working as a Groundskeeper and Maintenance.
  • Have the right to the work in the UK.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety standards in their industry.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
