About the Position

Contract Type:
Part-Time, Term Time Only

Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-1pm

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Encouraging pupils to take responsibility for their own learning, and take pride in their work
  • Personalise resources to meet the needs of an individual or a small group
  • Give support for increased selfesteem, selfconfidence, and emotional skills development by encouraging pupils to build on existing effective relationships to share ideas and opinions with peers and adults
  • To work with the SENCO to ensure that the requirements of any EHCP are kept at the forefront of all planning for individual children
  • To assist with the class teacher in the effective delivery of the curriculum, under their guidance
