Facilities Assistant, Grimsby Auditorium

The purpose of the role is to assist in the smooth running of the venue to include maintaining the cleanliness of the Auditorium and to assist the Operations Team in room set-ups (including catering), stock management and light cosmetic improvements.

You will be responsible for the safe keeping of keys and security passes to enable access to office/restricted areas, all of which must remain secured at all times.

The postholder will be setting up room bookings as per the specified requirements, including moving furniture and making ready catering facilities.

The responsibilities also include opening the building and being first point of contact for customers who have booked a room hire or contractors in the absence of line managers and being a designated First Aider, requiring the post holder to maintain the first aid qualification.

This post is 15 hours per week
