What You'll Be Doing:
  • Deliver training on plumbing, focusing on heat pump installation
  • Provide a mix of hands-on and classroom-based training
  • Support candidates and new team members with innovative approaches
  • Identify development needs and help individuals grow
  • Stay updated on effective training methods to enhance learning experiences
Essential Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in heating system installations
  • Ability to train and mentor others in the heating industry
  • Create engaging content for learners
  • Prior experience in customer service within the heating sector
  • Desire to deliver exceptional service and support to engineers
  • Teaching experience or relevant qualifications (Preferred)
Required Qualifications:
  • WRAS Water Supply Regs
  • UHW10 Unvented DHW Storage Systems
  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating
  • F-Gas certification (Preferred)
  • Part L Energy Efficiency knowledge (Preferred)
