In thisYard Manager/Supervisor role you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our yard team who are on the front line dealing with our customers that come into our yard. Health & Safety will be your primary focus every day while always building long-lasting relationships and going above and beyond to provide a great service to our customers.
The Branch
You will be working alongside some great individuals at our branch in Aberdare where we have a team of 6 staff.
You don't need an in-depth knowledge of builders merchants to join the team, as there will be plenty of coaching and training to get you up to speed, we'll give you the confidence to deliver the exceptional service we expect.

You will be based outside, responsible for leading and inspiring our yard team who are on the front line dealing with our customers that come into our yard.
A strong team player, you will be a key member of the team ensuring standards are adhered to at all times.

This is a key customer facing role, you just need the ability to provide great customer service, we can teach you the rest
