Sussex based Solicitors with 5 offices and over 150 staff across the board are looking for a Corporate Transactional Solicitor in their commercial team which is expanding.
This client has immediate high-quality work available from an established client base, including M+A, corporate restructuring and corporate refinancing work, as well as regular instructions to prepare business contracts, shareholder agreements, corporategovernance documents and a wide range of other agreements for businesses and charities.
This is a great opportunity for Solicitors with experience of running a caseload with mínimal supervision, to carve a career in a high-achieving team, based from the Eastbourne office.
Salary:
circa £45K+ Dependent on experience
