Commercial Engagement Lead

To cost, implement and coordinate BEP's traded offer, in conjunction with our Consortium Partners, which supports schools and other external organisations to ultimately improve outcomes for all children and young people across the city and sometimes nationally.

Support our Consortia Partners and other stakeholders throughout the sales process ensuring key deadlines are met and that projects stay on the agreed budget.


  • To develop commercial services ensuring that we have the appropriate and qualified resources to deliver and that they are financially viable and legally compliant.
  • Liaising with the Marketing & Communication team and our Delivery team regarding the advertising of these services via website, portal and/or any other appropriate vehicle.
  • To provide all BEP staff including the Consortium Partners with all relevant information about BEP services and traded offers to assist with the promotion and engagement within schools.
  • Manage and deliver the daily operations including the provision of quotations, agreeing terms, finance and appointing qualified representatives to deliver in conjunction with our sales leads.
  • Maintain and develop the company CRM System to provide an accurate up to date source of information.
  • Managing risk assessments for new initiatives.
  • Implementation and provision of regular reports to deliver quantitative and qualitative data which identifies what went well and what hasn't.
  • Deliver excellent levels of customer service both internally and externally, ensuring that the communication needs to each project are met.

To communicate effectively utilising different vehicles ie letter, email, phone or face to face, with all parties including external agents and/or partners, colleagues and associates at all times.


  • The post holder may be required to lead or support other projects as required by the organisation.
  • Develop a shared knowledge of BEP projects and products' and create opportunities for mutually beneficial linkages between them.
  • Provide mutual support to the development, marketing and delivery of all BEP projects and projects.
