An exciting new position that will be supporting the broader business as an Office Administrator in a well-established industry in the city of Aberdeen.


Role specific responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail including booking couriers.
  • Ensuring stationery and office equipment is ordered and available as required.
  • Calendar management organising meetings and ensuring IT and logistics run smoothly and to plan.
  • Photocopying, binding and preparing information packs required for meetings.
  • Coordinating office tracker and car parking booking system.

Experience & Qualification:

  • Experience in administration.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, selfstarter and team player.
  • Attention to detail.
