Primary Property Data Search Assistant responsibilities include:

  • Validating plans and information against computer websites
  • Searching Local Authority and other property related data
  • Assiting with compiling property reports for conveyancing professionals
  • Supporting the Managing Director, other administrative staff and the wider operations team
  • Data entry

Job Brief


We are looking for a reliable individual who will help compile property reports which are used by legal professionals as part of the propety purchasing / re-mortgaging process.

Previous experience in this field is not required; full training will be provided.


Processes, systems and numbers sit at the core of your responsibilities, you will need to be able to demonstrate competencies in all these areas.

This is a part time role and offers a good degree of flexibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an office or learning environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent IT skills proficient in MS Office packages particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Integrity and experience of dealing appropriately with confidential and sensitive information,
  • Customer service experience, with a polite and confident telephone manner,
  • Good standard of education

  • You will have realistic standards in your work which meet the needs of the business

Working Hours

  • 20 hours per week
  • 4 hours per day, office based in Witney. Scope for more hours as business grows
  • Flexibility to help cover periods when other staff are absent / on holiday
