Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
  • Assist customers in selecting products/services, providing knowledgeable recommendations and answering any inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring that displays are wellstocked and visually appealing.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, using our pointofsale system.
  • Monitor and maintain the overall safety and security of the premises, promptly reporting any concerns or incidents to management.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering a cooperative and supportive work environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and respecting customer privacy.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer serviceoriented role is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences.

Job Type:

Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

Salary:
£8.50-£10.42 per hour
