We are looking for a driven and forward-thinking Head of Service to lead our dedicated and passionate workforce.

In this role you will have the opportunity to join us in our exciting new road to improved practice performance, we never sit back due to our creative and innovative approach.

Working closely with
Safeguarding, ASTI (Assessment and Short Term Intervention), Children in Care services**. We are proud of our stable and secure service.


You'll play a lead role in ensuring that your service area leads the way on consistent good quality practice and performance, your decision-making skills will reflect our relationship-based, trauma informed practice model.

You will provide your service managers with mentoring and professional support and advice, sharing your wealth of leadership knowledge and skills on being a great leader of management, process and case management.


_ About you._
This is a key leadership role in our organisation, so naturally we're looking for extensive experience of leading and managing diverse teams, as well as a background previously working with vulnerable children, families, statutory bodies and voluntary agencies preferably within Early Help and Social Care Services having a clear understanding on what interventions families need to make a sustained improved change

You must be educated to Degree level or equivalent and hold a recognised relevant professional qualification


Your qualifications will be complemented by your exceptional skillset - including substantial experience of working in a senior leadership role including improving service quality leading services areas, maintaining positive relationships, effective communication, sound concise judgement, analytical thinking, teamwork and inclusivity in your approach.
