Candidates must have a proven and successful track record selling into hospitals or commercial sales experience with a background associated to healthcare.

Basic salary will depend on experience. We are looking for strong business acumen, strategic mindsets, planners and problem solvers

THE COMPANY:

THE ROLE:
The successful applicant will be covering the South Central region. A home and field based position, selling to sterile services, consultants, EBME, theatre managers and procurement. You'll be representing a range of surgical instruments and sterile capital equipment. Some time in theatre will be required but not regularly.

This role will involve lots of business development.

You will benefit from leads and referrals based on the brand's reputation, also tasked with lead generation and developing solid business plans to execute strategic within the division.

You'll be targeted on sales objectives and site audits. Focusing on value proposition, not a transactional sell

The Package for Territory Manager:

Basic:
£40, ,000 dependent on experience, there may be some flexibility

Commission:
£24,000

Fully expensed company car - no allowance option
