Job Title: Project Manager at RSE

Our Asset Management and Technical Services Team is seeking a Project Manager to join the Filtration Team, working on projects across the UK.

You will be in charge of project delivery, overseeing projects from start to finish. This involves supervising operational sites and their respective teams, including Project Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors, and Sub-Contractors.

Our team is experiencing rapid growth, with notable clients such as Yorkshire Water, Thames Water, Scottish Water & Northumbrian Water providing a consistent flow of work for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project interactions from initial enquiry to final acceptance and documentation.
• Meet with clients to understand specific requirements and conduct site surveys as necessary.
• Direct and allocate work to Trade Operatives & Apprentices, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety.
• Ensure timely availability of all technical information for design and construction.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules for all activities.
• Proactively resolve any non-conformances during design and construction.
• Oversee system and product design alignment with specifications.
• Procure goods and services.
• Prepare estimates, quotations, and contract documents.
• Create risk assessments and method statements.
• Manage health, safety, and environmental concerns.

Requirements:

• Degree/HND/HNC in Engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated Project Management experience with an engineering background.
• Experience in managing NEC contracts.
• Strong time management skills in a busy environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of engineering tools, equipment, and materials.
• Innovative thinking with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure.
• UK Driving Licence.
