We are looking for a reliable, flexible motivated individual to carry out various garden & handyman/woman duties.

This role will involve:

• Gardening at house, offices and holiday cottages:

Grass Cutting

• Operating both push & ride on lawn mowers
• Edging

- weeding

• Maintaining plants/shrubs
• Growing a small selection of fruit & veg

- general grounds upkeep including leave collecting, litter picking

Handyman Duties:

• Pressure washing
• Gutter Cleaning
• Repairs including Fencing, joinery etc
• Recycling & refuse

Changeover Days:
Includes gardening & handyman/woman duties including maintenance of the property/grounds, checking for any damages and fixing these before the next guests arrive, this can entail occasional plumbing blockages, basic carpentry, painting etc

In addition you will be responsible for the hot tub drain down, clean and daily chemical checks (full training will be given), and record keeping

The position is for a committed, reliable and flexible individual who can think on the spot and prioritise workload.

Approx hrs per week - weekends /flexibility required to fit with changeover days.
