Our Halifax branch is recruiting for:

Yard Assistant / Warehouse Operative - Relief Van Driver
In this role, you will work as part of our external team of staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist customers by providing excellent customer service
  • Load and unload vehicles
  • Pick and check orders, storing stock safely and maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
  • You will also be required to make multidrop deliveries in the surrounding area

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Counterbalance Forklift license would be advantageous for this role
  • Building material / builders merchant industry knowledge is desirable
  • A Driving License is essential
