Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Internal Communication & Engagement Executive to lead the internal communications, engagement, and culture strategies for specific teams within First Central's ecosystem. This role is part of the Internal Communications and Culture team and involves overseeing multiple sites, each with its own unique culture and purpose.

  • Travel is a key aspect of the role, offering flexibility and requiring a solid background in internal communications and engagement.
  • Manage and implement local internal communications and engagement plans aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Curate tailored communications for each site and culture.
  • Host various events to drive engagement and support strategic initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance engagement and drive organizational values.
  • Utilize data to inform communication strategies and enhance effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in internal communications within the Financial Services Industry.
  • Knowledge of call center operations.
  • Degree level education, preferably in English, business, or communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate projects effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
